REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds and change of mind returns are not available on sale items. Sale items do not qualify for complimentary resize.
Arbor Brunswick offers change of mind returns on all stock items for exchange or store credit for 14 days after purchase date and up to 31st January for purchases made in December.
Change of mind refunds are available on stock pieces over $1,000 per single item. Refunds are available strictly 3 days after delivery of the item. Postage charges will not be refunded.
Store credit can be used toward a stock item, a special commission or repair and is valid for 3 years from date of return.
Any special commissions or adjusted items can not be returned.
