A specially made piece just for you, this can be a remake of an item on the shelf or a new design. If you are considering a special commission, either as a gift or for yourself it is important to make contact with us as early as possible as there is often a process that can take from 2-8 weeks of consultation, refining design ideas, choosing stones/metals and arranging quotes. Allow up to 10 weeks for your piece to be completed once your 50% deposit is paid. There is a strict no returns policy on special commissions. Where possible, please book an appointment.
Remodelling
Do you have old, unworn precious and sentimental pieces that are worn out, don't fit or don't suit you? We can re-use your gold and precious gemstones and reimagine these beautiful materials into something new and original. Remote Consultations
If you can't make it to the store for a face to face appointment we are experienced at working via email, phone and video to bring your design to life! If you are after a special gemstone to be part of your bespoke creation, we generally start with sourcing this before moving onto design aspects. At Arbor we have a large collection of loose gemstones available and also work with a range of specialist suppliers of precious materials to help find your ideal gemstone. We can send photos and videos plus advise on ideal gemstones for different types of jewellery. Once your gemstone is locked down we can supply detailed scale sketches of multiple design options to help you decide on the best layout.
